Costume by: Blanko and myself (but mostly Blanko)

We had so much fun with this costume. One of Blanko's original costumes from 2010 I believe? and later modeled by my boyfriend as seen in the picture. She made a fabulous coat and gave him a lovely haircut! I did the jewelry and Jeremy provided all the great Howl-esque modeling.

This is one of the greatest male Wizard Howl cosplayers I've seen in a long while. It is great to know there are others out there. Wonderful!!!

Thank you for telling him on my behalf. All cosplayers deserve much praise when they tried their best. Even if their cosplay doesn't appear good or accurate when compared to the character that inspired the cosplay. This can be an expensive hobby and any effort is worth noting. Cosplay and the Japanese (East Asian for that matter) anime and manga community that we in the West admire so much is such a beautiful community and we're one big happy family so to speak. Take care!

I am so so sorry for the late response.

I agree with you 100%. I think cosplay really is an art form if people let it be. And its so important to support raw talent and of course those who have been doing it since the beginning. Its a wonderful bridge between fandoms and really gives us the chance to not only celebrate the stories and characters we love, but gives us the chance to be apart of it even if its just for a day or a couple of hours. Thank you for sharing, and commenting on the picture in the first place.
